The 2020 Ken Kennedy Institute Data Science Conference will be held virtually. This year’s conference will be held at our online venue for networking, collaborating, and building partnerships focused around data science, machine learning, and data engineering problems and opportunities. For our sponsors, the venue has virtual sponsor booths, networking and opportunities, sponsored matchmaking categories, and virtual meetings. Sponsors are also provided with data and analytics so sponsors can get the most out of their experience.

Sponsors will be prominently displayed on the main navigation menu to attendees, with higher level sponsors shown first. Sponsors will be able to provide us with promotional content of their choice (including photos, videos, website links) to customize their sponsor booth. Sponsors will be able to chat directly with attendees through the chat panel on the side of the page or set up a video call with attendees.

When registering for the conference, sponsor representatives will be added to their sponsor booth. All representatives are added automatically to the partner tab so you are easy to find and easy for attendees to book meetings with you. During our “Sponsor Networking Reception,” sponsors can showcase a demo of their product, provide quality knowledge and speak directly to attendees.

Sponsors can influence the matchmaking categories to find direct leads from people who are in the market for purchasing sponsor’s solutions. Matchmaking categories will also generate data from the event attendees which the sponsor can use post-event. Sponsors can easily monitor performance and view their meeting schedule, as well as view the number of meetings other sponsors have accepted. Sponsors will also receive access to the data and analytics of their booth including data on how many times their sponsor ad was viewed and clicked.

**Please note, as we will be going virtual the price for sponsorship has been lowered and we have limited the sponsorship levels to Gold and Silver.**

Special Notes (Please Read!):

• All our sponsors will be required to agree to our Terms & Conditions.
• If you plan on sharing your sponsorship with another company you will need to provide us with one logo.  We cannot combine two logos into one for you and we cannot display two logos separately. We are also not responsible for readability of your composite logo as space for your logo will be regulated by the level of sponsorship.
• It is very important that you provide us with one contact person for communication purposes.  Please make sure this person is able to disseminate information to all relevant parties at your company (and any partners if a shared sponsorship).  This is particularly important when it comes to logistical information.  Occasionally, the people that are representing companies the day of the conference have not been given the logistical information prior to arriving.  This can create miscommunication and confusion for everyone involved, so we ask that you please designate one person to be the main contact for your company.
