This year we are focusing on Covid-19 and how it has influenced our use of data and data science. Our invited speakers will discuss everything from the genome analysis to data governance, from human behavior to water treatment plants, and we will highlight the role of computing hardware and software in these endeavors. More details here.

We expanded the conference to include a special collaboration track that takes place on Wednesday (Oct. 28). This came out of an effort we have been pursuing in collaboration with MD Anderson. We will discuss the D3CODE effort, our digital workshop in August, and continue the conversation with short talks from both Rice and MD Anderson.
